The customer service is the best I have ever experienced, and I have spent the last 18 years working with some of the major catalogue brands !
I ordered 2 bathroom cabinets from Aqua. Not only are they very competitive, but they keep you informed at each stage of the process. When I did have a problem with one cabinet (damaged by the carrier), it was resolved immediately and without fuss, with personal contact by Karen.
It's nice to feel you are dealing with real people rather than a faceless company.
We've since ordered again from Aqua, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs bathroom accessories.
